But I also don't believe purpose begins with doing. It begins with Him.
Sheilluminates® was created from my own journey of learning to recognize God's hand, trust His direction, surrender my plans, and faithfully walk through seasons of discovery, emergence, and launching.
I've experienced seasons of clarity. And seasons of questions. Seasons of building.
And seasons where God called me back to simply sit with Him.
Through every season, I've learned:
God is faithful to illuminate the path—but He doesn't always illuminate the entire road at once.
Sometimes He simply gives enough light for the next faithful step.

My HeartI don't want women dependent on me for answers.
I want women dependent on God.
My role isn't to tell you what God said.
My role is to help create space for discernment, ask strategic questions, recognize patterns, bring structure to ideas, and equip you with practical tools to move forward.
Because I believe the most powerful strategy starts with surrender.
WHAT I BRING TO THE TABLE
I'm a strategist and designer who naturally sees both the big vision and the details required to bring it to life.
My work brings together:
Faith — keeping God at the center.
Strategy — turning ideas into intentional plans.
Design — communicating vision with clarity and excellence.
Systems — creating structure that supports sustainable growth.
Mentorship — walking alongside women as they navigate the journey.
But underneath every title is simply a woman committed to saying yes to God and helping other women courageously do the same.
Beyond the StrategyI'm Chamel—wife to Marcus, mama to Braylon, Kaleb, and Cameron, and fur mama to our lovable Bear.
Marcus and I share a passion for igniting radical faith, purpose, and excellence across generations. Our home is filled with faith, laughter, baseball, big dreams, and plenty of real-life moments in between.
And while I'm passionate about helping women walk confidently in their purpose and build what God has placed in their hands, family is our first ministry.
We're intentional about modeling faith, love, stewardship, wealth, and legacy for our boys—not just through what we say, but through how we live, serve, build, give, and trust God together.
I'm still learning.
Still growing.
Still balancing marriage, motherhood, purpose, business, and becoming.
And that's part of what shapes the heart of Sheilluminates.
Because I don't believe purpose only happens behind a microphone, inside a business, or through something we launch.
Sometimes the most Kingdom-impacting work we will ever do happens right at home…
